Dogs & Cats Welcome
We allow up to 2 pets per unit (cats and dogs) under 100 lb, with breed restrictions and minimum age of 1 year. First pet: $299 non‑refundable fee + $150 refundable deposit. Second pet: $299 non‑refundable fee + $150 refundable deposit. Pet rent: $40 per pet per month.
